There are times when you just need to ask a few questions and we love to answer them. 

 

Q. Do you price match?

A. If the item is like for like and we can price match, we will do our very best to get close to that price. Just send us a email to info@robertsonpaddles.co.uk with a link and we will see what we can do.

 

Q. How does postage work and how soon will I receive my item?

A. Once you have processed an order we then contact our supplier where they deal with the logistics and send it direct from there warehouse to you. 

 

Q. Can I collect from you?

A. Unfortunately we dont over collection on products, the only collection are for hiring of the paddle boards.

 

Q. What if I have a warranty issue?

A. This is very rare but appreciate time to time a issue can arise but we have great suppliers who will deal with any warranty claims direct meaning you don't have to have a middle man and can talk to them direct 

 

Q. What if I have a return

A. I'm very rare cases you will want to return your items, we request you make contact via the contact Us page and we will liaise with you reference returning the item.

ONLINE ORDERS

We have the rights to cancel any order at any time.

We only accept UK orders 

 

14 DAY RETURNS

All products can be returned at any time within 14 days of purchase if you’re not entirely happy with them. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to return the item back to the suppliers warehouse in the same condition it was received in at their own cost. Items will routinely inspected the within 7 days and if it has been used or damaged we regret to inform you that we will not be able to refund you for the item.

 

WARRANRTY CLAIMS

All Warranty claims will be direct with the Manufacturer and not Robertson Paddles. We advise you contact the brand direct however if you do have a warranty issue, we will speak to our supplier to help assist with the warranty claim.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All other goods (such as rigid boards) will be packed and posted with insured courier within 7 business days of purchase. Please sign for the item as UNCHECKED or the shipping insurance will be void & email us pictures of the damage within 12 hours of receiving your goods to validate your claim.

We will only ship to the UK, on rare occasions we may ship over seas but please contact us first.

 

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Paddle boarding and surfing is fun, but dangerous. Robertson Paddles will not take responsibility for and injury or death as a result of using products purchase from us. Purchasing any product(s) via this site or by phone means you automatically agree to the terms and conditions specified on this page.
